フィッシング詐欺メール・スミッシングにご用心を！

フィッシングメール「スミッシング」とは、個人情報を詐取する為に実在する企業をなりすまして無差別に送りつける詐欺メールです。
ＩＤやパスワードを盗み取る目的で、メール文中のＵＲＬから正規サイトに似せたフィッシングサイトへ誘導されます。
ＩＤやパスワードを盗まれると、アカウントが乗っ取られるほか、商品の不正購入、不正送金などの被害が発生する恐れがあります。

怪しいメールが来ても、リンク先をクリックしないようにしましょう。そして返信もしないでください。

URLを開いてしまっても、あなたがメールアドレスやパスワードを入力しなければ、あなたから情報を奪うことはできません。落ち着いて開いたページを閉じましょう。

もし身に覚えがあるようでしたら、該当する会社に直接問い合わせをしてください。

絶対にIDやメールアドレス、パスワード等を入力して返信をしないようにして下さい。

対応方法は

  • クレジットカード番号などを入力した場合は、早急にクレジットカード会社へ連絡し、停止措置をとってください。 
  • クレジットカードの利用明細を見て、身に覚えのない利用がないか確認してください。
    クレジットカード番号が海外で勝手に使われてしまった場合、利用明細への反映が遅れることがありますので、数か月間継続して確認してください。 
  • 入力してしまったパスワードは早急に変更してください。また、他のサービスでも同じパスワードを使っている場合は、それら全てのパスワード変更が必要です。
